«Hunting Trophies» est un projet d’installation robotique présentant une collection de onze trophées de chasse accrochés au mur.Les trophées sont semblables à ceux que les chasseurs peuvent arborer dans leur salon mais il s’agit ici de bustes de robots. Chaque robot possède son propre programme interne qui réagit avec l’environnement extérieur grâce notamment à son capteur infrarouge placé sur son torse. Il peut ainsi détecter la présence d’une ou plusieurs personnes, mais également son déplacement.
En fonction de l’activité du spectateur les robots seront donc plus ou moins actifs et agressifs car c’est bien de cela dont il s’agit, exprimer leur mécontentement à avoir été chassés, traqués, tués,
dépecés et exposés en icônes décoratives.

Hunting Trophies is a project showing a collection of eleven hunting trophies hung on the wall. These trophies are similar to those that hunters could exhibit proudly in their living room but here they are chests of robots. Each robot has it own internal program which reacts with its outside environment thanks to its infrared sensor place on its chest. Thus they can detect the presence of one or more persons, but also their movements. When a viewer is in front of this collection of robot species, the trophies are inactive. But when a viewer approaches, the robots start to react… Depending on the public activity the robots will be more or less active and aggressive because it is the point, showing their anger because they havec been tracked, chased, killed cut up and exhibited as decorative icons.
